WA-CARE is looking for enthusiastic adoptees, birth parents, adoptive parents, friends, and family that are passionate about changing Washington State laws regarding adoption!
 
Here's how you can help:

  Attend WA-CARE meetings. Meetings are held every month so watch for announcements.

  Contact your state senator and representatives, and ask them to support unrestricted access to original birth certificates and adoption decrees for Washington State adult adoptees.
